i'm back! for now. i have a lot to do, and it's just really overwhelming. i apologize, but i was really discouraged with the turnout on the lennon post. i know i should have stuck to my guns, but alas, i didn't. i'm hoping people still come here and check up on my little blog, if not, then, welcome back! :D i have for you today, err tonight, 2 things, one album & one mixtape. let's hit the mixtape!

1.Havana Affair [cover] - Red Hot Chili Peppers
this is the only cover on the We're A Happy Family tribute CD i liked, all the others were shit, well, the Offspring cover was good, so all the others excluding those two. haha.

2.Wild Side - Mötley Crüe
i've been on a crüe fix for awhile lately, my taste changes a lot. i love 'em though. they speak to me. yes they do.

3.How Long Is Forever - Willie Nelson
willie's reggae album is awesome. i fell in love with it when it first came out, agggh. :D

4.Muse 2 The Pharaoh - Prince
off of the album that a lot of people don't like, this track is one of the best off of The Rainbow Children, i'd have to say it's a smooth track to relax to.

5.Zealots - the Fugees
says it all. right josh?

6.Night Nurse [peel] - Gregory Issacs
reggae and me have been real good friends these days. i love my bad grammar.

7.Hate & War - the Clash
RALPHIE ROCKS is his name. he is dope, we jam to the clash.

8.Me Gustas Tu - Manu Chao
i know i have one of his albums, but eh, this is a good track. :P

9.7-11 - the Ramones
a tragic tale of falling in love with someone that you met at a 7-11 only to have them squished by a truck.

10.Blue Velvet - Bobby Vinton
think of the movie. 'BABY WANTS BLUE VELVET'

11.Gold Watch - Lupe Fiasco
one of my favorite tracks off of The C O O L. shhh.

12.Jamming - Bob Marley
black love is my favorite incense. spark it up when i want to sleep.

13.Midnight Rockers - Bedouin Soundclash
these cats keep it real with their style of canadian roots rock.

14.Deck The Halls/Bring A Torch - Smokey Robinson & the Miracles
got to have ONE christmas song, this is it. :]

15.Casa Nueva - the Cosmic Key
a local group, this is actually a side project of a death metal band from my town, check them out, (the side project), myspace.com/desertjazz. give 'em a listen. for me?

17.Great Romances of The 20th Century - Taking Back Sunday
my friends & i sang along to their entire first album, it was raining, one of the best days of my life.
