i'm going to post the cure's discography. i'm also gonna give input on each track. hope you like this stuff.
Three Imaginary Boys (1979)
1. 10:15 Saturday Night - kicks this album off and what a way to do it, with two slick solos & lyrics describing every night for yours truly.
2. Accuracy - fine bass playing by Michael Dempsey, one of his finer tracks in fact. simple and smooth.
3. Grinding Halt - the group i'm in covers this song. not my particular favorite, but a great track.
4. Another Day - an example of the morose lyric work Mr.Smith was going to churn out for the world. boy did he and i love him for that. :)
5. Object -i had a girlfriend that i dedicated this to, she cried because of it. i laughed.
6. Subway Song - the first time i heard this goddamn song, it made me leap. perfect for a few chuckles for those who've never heard it.
7. Foxy Lady [cover] - i loathe this song, the vocals anyway, they are complete rubbish.
8. Meat Hook - catchy lyrics. butcherman was some lady, she can chop me up & serve me chilled, ANYTIME.
9. So What - all this song consists of is Robert reading an ad for cake platters with some ad-libbing.
10. Fire In Cairo - i love singing along with this one, especially the 'F-I-R-E-I-N-C-A-I-R-O' bit.
11. It's Not You - sexual themes, post-punk tunes, just perfect.
12. Three Imaginary Boys - another example of the darkness yet to come, a slow evolution.
13. Weedy Burton - learn how to play guitar. :)
there ya have it.
